Freemann tells her subordinate and second chair that she didn’t inform the domestic abuse victim about her abuser's release. Forsythe casts doubt on Mickey's case. When Mickey calls Trina, she claims not to know DeMarco, and Judge Turner does not allow DeMarco to Abogados en Palermo be called.

In 2018, David E. Kelley wrote a spec script for a television series set up at Epix by A&E Studios.
